How are you supposed to trust the process if you’re not sure the process is correct? How long do you trust it for before it’s time to pivot?
On today’s episode with Mental Performance Coach to the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Browns, and high performers everywhere, Justin Su’a we dive deep into these questions.
Justin describes in detail the level of self awareness required to be successful in every moment of every day. We discuss how to be successful while you are failing which while seemingly in contrast with itself is a concept that you are going to have to embrace if you want to get where you want to go.
Justin and I share some surprisingly similar stories around our own personal experiences that have shaped who we are currently through what in the moment seemed like failure.
And we talk about the principle that if you want to be world class, you need to be comfortable being unrelatable.
This episode went deep down the rabbit hole and shot off in many directions because in order to be able to trust the process you need to be able to trust yourself, and in order to trust yourself you need to know yourself which is much more involved than it may seem.
Enjoy!
