Andy Petranek is a reformed CrossFitter. A true CrossFit original, Andy opened his affiliate up before people knew about this weird blog called CrossFit.com. Andy got himself to a place where he was one of the fittest men in the world, and now, he’s still fit, and on some days he chooses to work out until the moment he breaks a sweat, and then he’s done.
