Jair Lee is a coach's coach.

I visited EXOS in Scottsdale, Arizona immediately after the CrossFit Games in 2017. There were a bunch of highly skilled coaches on staff there, one stood out, his name is Jair Lee.
.
Not only did Jair have the acumen to teach the technical skills, Jair was able to penetrate the mindset of his athletes in a way that I have not seen many times. Jair is a well read, well practiced, intentional coach who worked himself from unknown to internationally recognized.

This episode is a must listen for any coach who wants to break through on their own merit. In a world full of people who want to find greatness as a coach, Jair has it, but you would never know it from talking to him.
